Oil on canvas, 12 x 16 inches
This was an idea I've had in my head for awhile and finally actually got around to it. Plus I want to do a few landscape paintings since it's been awhile since I last did one. But this one is basically combining a still life and landscape by having a piano out in the meadow. Overall I do like how it turned out and hope others will as well.

" title=" (Big Grin)"/>I love it! Piano keys in particular are very hard to draw/paint, but you did really, really good! I especially love the glisten on the piano, and the terrain. Really good. It looks really nice and has a mysterious, yet soothing vibe to it. Just putting myself in the image, you know? <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="
" title="Wink/Razz"/> One thing I would suggest to work on is just a tad bit of the depth-perception when it comes to the legs on the piano itself. It's a really, REALLY epic piece, looking at it. But I only say that because you can never improve enough! ^-^ Also, I'd maybe try and study the clouds some more and capture unique shapes and stuff.
